About Meditation


Meditation is the simple practice of getting in touch with yourself. One of the practices involves sitting quietly and focusing on your breathing.


We teach this technique to try and help you to maintain this. It includes having the correct posture, breathing correctly ,best times to meditate, how often and where.


Repeated practice of this process requires some degree of determination but untimately over a period of time (weeks or months) your mind begins to settle leading to an inner stillness and tranquillity.
